Mission
The Greater Peterborough Health Services Foundation (GPHSF) is ddicated to improving primary health care services in our community. Formerly St. Joseph's Care Foundation, we support the 5 Peterborough Networked Family Health Teams by funding needed equipment, education and research while fostering preventative action and promoting better living.
A strong proponent of innovation, prevention and, above all, compassionate, cooperative action, the Foundation is proud to carry on the enduring legacy of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Today, we remain dedicated to fulfilling that vision with integrity and transparency; of working towards better primary care for our community while continuing to expand our reach wherever our mandate is best served.
